Calvio terms of use

These terms cover your use of Calvio on iPhone. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
Calvio Pro subscription
- Calvio Pro unlocks the app. It costs $3.99 a month or $24.99 a year (or the price shown in your country), each starting with a 7-day free trial.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or when the free trial ends.
- Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the next period within 24 hours before it ends.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Calvio Pro until the period you paid for ends.
- If you buy a subscription during the free trial, the rest of the trial ends.
- Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Using Calvio
You may use Calvio for your own personal purposes. Don't use it to break the law or to try to break, copy or overload our service.
Estimates, not medical advice
Calvio's calories and nutrients are estimates made by AI and from published sources, and they can be wrong or incomplete. Calvio doesn't give medical or nutrition advice, and isn't meant to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Talk to a doctor or dietitian before changing your diet, especially if you have a health condition, are pregnant, or have a history of disordered eating.

What you log stays yours. We don't claim any rights to it. See the privacy policy for how it is handled.
Fair use and changes
Calvio AI has daily limits to keep it fair and affordable, and we may change, pause or stop features. We'll update these terms if anything changes and show the new date above.
No warranty
Calvio is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, JARAMAH INC. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made from Calvio's estimates.
