These terms cover your use of Waypoint VPN. If you got it from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
Using Waypoint VPN
You may use Waypoint VPN for your own personal purposes. Don't use it to break the law, to harm anyone, or to try to break, copy or overload our service.
Acceptable use
Don't use Waypoint for anything illegal, to attack other networks, to send spam, or to break the rules of the services you use.
Your content
What you add stays yours. We don't claim any rights to it. See the privacy policy for how it is handled.
Changes
We may change, pause or stop features. If paid plans are offered, their price and any trial are shown before you buy, and Apple handles payment, renewals and cancellations.
No warranty
Waypoint VPN is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, JARAMAH INC. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
