Boopi terms of use

By JARAMAH INC. Last updated November 4, 2026.

These terms cover your use of Boopi on iPhone and Mac. If you got Boopi from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

Using Boopi

You may use Boopi for your own personal or work purposes. Don't use it to break the law, to record people without the consent the law requires, to harass anyone, or to try to break or overload our service.

Recording is your responsibility

Boopi can record and transcribe meetings and calls. Before you do, you must tell everyone and get any consent your local law requires. Some places require everyone in the conversation to agree. You are responsible for how you record and how you use and share what Boopi writes down.

AI answers

Boopi's notes and answers are written by AI and can be wrong or incomplete, and speech recognition can mishear. Check anything important. Boopi does not give medical, legal or financial advice.

Your content

What you record, write and add stays yours. We don't claim any rights to it. See the privacy policy for how it is handled.

Daily limits and changes

Boopi AI has daily limits to keep it fair and affordable, and we may change, pause or stop features. If paid plans are offered, their price and trial are shown before you buy, and Apple handles the payment and cancellations.

No warranty

Boopi is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, JARAMAH INC. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made from Boopi's notes or answers.
