DataVault terms of use
By JARAMAH INC. Last updated November 4, 2026.
These terms cover your use of DataVault. If you got it from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
Using DataVault
You may use DataVault for your own personal purposes. Don't use it to break the law, to harm anyone, or to try to break, copy or overload our service.
Keep your keys safe
Your vault can only be opened with your password or your recovery key. We can't reset them or recover your files without one of them.
Storage
Keep your own copies of anything you can't afford to lose. Don't store anything illegal.
Your content
What you add stays yours. We don't claim any rights to it. See the privacy policy for how it is handled.
Changes
We may change, pause or stop features. If paid plans are offered, their price and any trial are shown before you buy, and Apple handles payment, renewals and cancellations.
No warranty
DataVault is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, JARAMAH INC. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
