These terms cover your use of Recess Kids. If you got it from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
Using Recess Kids
You may use Recess Kids for your own personal purposes. Don't use it to break the law, to harm anyone, or to try to break, copy or overload our service.
For parents
Recess Kids is meant to be used by children with a parent or teacher. Please supervise young children while they use any device.
Your content
What you add stays yours. We don't claim any rights to it. See the privacy policy for how it is handled.
Changes
We may change, pause or stop features. If paid plans are offered, their price and any trial are shown before you buy, and Apple handles payment, renewals and cancellations.
No warranty
Recess Kids is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, JARAMAH INC. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
